Sunday December 25: CHRISTMAS LUNCH
An extraordinary experience in the name of tradition and taste, a moment of conviviality to be shared with loved ones. Chef Bioni, with his meat-based Christmas menu, highlights typical local flavours, adding the unfailing gourmet touch to each dish:
- Welcome entrée and glass of bubbly
- Sfogliatella with porcini mushrooms on cream of Lessinia cheeses scented with black truffle
- Tortellini from Valeggio in capon broth
- 18-month Acquerello risotto, black cabbage with fois gras and Amarone reduction
- Guinea fowl supreme with chanterelles, chestnuts and mashed potatoes
- Panettone "Infermentum" with 3 chocolates and vanilla sauce
- Coffee and small pastries

Saturday December 24: CHRISTMAS EVE DINNER SOLD OUT!
A special gourmet evening accompanied by Live Sax Music with Michele Goglio awaits you. Our Chef has created a refined seafood menu combining tradition and creativity:
- Welcome Entrée and glass of sparkling wine
- Red prawn steak with avocado and burrata cheese
- Sea bass tortelli with Parmesan wafer, pumpkin mousse and amaretti crumbs
- St. Peters fish fillet with artichokes, potatoes and mint
- Fig zuccotto with whipped cream scented with rum
- Small pastries
€65 per person, excluding drinks. Our à la carte menu will also be available during the evening.
